Job responsibilities:
    1. Management of R&D projects
    2. Assist project manager in project establishment and organize project union
    3. Assist project managers in project planning, rolling, tracking and evaluation of the effectiveness of plan implementation.
    4. Supervision and inspection of project progress
    5. Propose the phased objectives and requirements of the project according to the company plan and R&D plan.
    6. Analysis of departmental data and continuous improvement of business implementation when needed
    7. Responsible for the management and construction of R&D Technology Department
Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communications or software engineering is preferred
    2. Familiar with product integration development process, with certain knowledge of system engineering (software and hardware)
    3. Strong management consciousness, strong management ability and level, as well as good service consciousness and coordination ability.
    4. Careful and down-to-earth work, strong driving ability and good expression ability
    5. Other requirements: Ability to withstand certain pressures and have strong problem-solving ability
    6. Familiar with project management system and theory, with certain project management experience is preferred.
